Minimalism 

Only necessary elements for functionality are included in the design is called Minimalism.

Example 1
Computer and Laptop used for same functionality, but laptop is a minimalism designed and computer is not a minimalism designed.

Focus in Pictures

An image that is completely sharp is said to be in-focus. An image that’s completely blurry is said to be unfocused.

 First flower is more focused

Butterfly is more focused

Focuser is more focused

Less is more

Minimalism brings the most important content to the forefront and minimizes distractions for the user.

Examples 1

In fig(1) British airways ticket designers follows the less is more concept, because the most important content to the forefront then reduces the distractions for users. 

In fig(2) airways ticket designers total content included to the fore front, so they would not follow the less is more concept then increases the distractions for users.

fig(1):- Less is more(most important content to the forefront)

fig(2):- Not follows less is more concept (Total content to the forefront)
